Over the course of a week in early January 2022 ReVision Energy installed a 15.17 kW (DC) solar panel system on the Meteor House roof.  As soon as the system is inspected and the net metering is enabled, Meteor House can be added to the list of buildings at WHOI generating electricity!

In 2021 WHOI sent a total of 141,200 lbs of scrap metal and empty containers to Middleboro Recycling and Mid City Scrap. In addition to keeping all of that material out of landfills, this effort also resulted in $16,239.77 income for WHOI. Win-Win!
