• Seb will ask Dr. Kumara about presenting about heathy eating in May. After work:
potluck event with cooking. Location: Clark 5? Or David Center if they have a stove?
• C.L. Fornari: Life of your garden — Dina will ask about summer
• Field trip to recycling station in Falmouth: ~1.5 hrs
• Public transport: pair up people who have taken the bus and those who haven’t
• Get info together before we organize
• Bay Commute app

#3 Event planning
• Spring Repair Cafe — discuss next time
• Earth Day activity
• Email? Power: how we power WHOI (solar panels), power to get to work
• Where the panels are, how much we’re generating/saving
• Solar panel installation picture?
• Making WHOI more energy efficient (heat pumps, weatherization, etc.)
• Convert to relatable numbers
• Reminders about energy conservation
• Links to solar arrays on STF website
• Off-site solar
• Alex will send Google Doc and everyone will contribute pieces of it
• Bike to work day on Friday, May 16th — put in headlines
• Bike trail reopening celebration on May 4th

#4 Garden/landscape updates
• Meeting online tomorrow at noon

#5 WHOI ERG Update
• No food for events, but still can do honoraria
• Many groups struggling with attendance. One idea is to join forces, e.g. nature
mindfulness walk with mental health ERG
• Activities fair in May or June — table?
• Humans of WHOI event May 20th — table?

#6 Other discussion
• ERG logo: need a tagline to complete the logo
• Idea: healthy people, healthy planet
• For events, put up posters, not just emails. E.g. at the Buttery, in the shuttle
• Alex will ask Megan Amsler about summer interns
