Design for Non-Designers Workshop

The Broader Impacts Group at MIT-WHOI and Academic Programs Office at WHOI are sponsoring an event on March 29th at 12-1:30 pm in Clark 507 on WHOI’s Quissett Campus called: Design for Non-Designers.  This workshop will be led by Katherine Spencer Joyce, Creative Director of WHOI Graphic Services.  

There is an ever-growing number at WHOI people attempting to design with no formal training, but help is on the way. In this 1.5 hour workshop, you’ll learn about the basic principles that govern design in a non-intimidating, interactive, and jargon-free manner. Topics covered will be layout, color, composition, photography, contrast, and more.
