We collect a lot of data from underwater environments related to fisheries, coral reef ecology and other applications. We are happy to share this data (and on request the associated metadata) for academic non-commercial purposes. These Datasets may be useful for testing code on automated fish analysis in underwater optical imagery.

These images were collected by the Seabed AUV in a boulder pile in the Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary.
These images were collected off the coast of Puerto Rico. While reefs in the Caribbean have seen a dramatic fall in coral cover, we can still find mesophotic reefs in intermediate depth water (30-100m) that are in relatively good health.
These images were collected from along the US Pacific coast for both rockfish and flatfish.
This dataset shows our efforts at color correction and is valuable for anyone looking to test their color correction code. The images both before and after correction have been corrected for lens distortion.
