REFS recognizes that physical activity and mindfulness are important components of mental health and stress reduction. In the week before and during finals week, we are holding yoga sessions at both campuses.
If you are located at MIT, sessions will be held in 54-823 at the following times:
  • Friday 5/3 @4pm
  • Monday 5/6 @ 3pm (CANCELLED) 
  • Friday 5/10 @ 4pm
  • Monday 5/13 @ 3pm
  • Friday 5/17 @ 4pm
  • Friday 5/24 @4pm

Sessions will be led by the MIT Athletics Department.

Three yoga options are available in Woods Hole:

  • Monday @5:15, Clark 5 (~$15)
  • Tuesday @7:30, Quissett Campus, locations change. For updates, email lauralbrothers@gmail.com (free)
  • Friday @noon, Village Community Center (~$15)

People of all skill levels are welcome.
