FAQ FOR PRESENTERS
Your poster must be in a VERTICAL LAYOUT, not to exceed 36” wide, and up to 42” tall. Vertical layouts are required this year to accommodate the number of posters submitted.
If you need to withdraw your poster, contact Mai by June 14. We will not have an online gallery this year, in person posters only.
We are not collecting abstracts.
PRESENTING
Bring your poster to the workshop on the first morning, Monday. OCB staff will hang all posters, in alphabetical order by last name.
Your poster will remain up for both poster sessions. You can chose when you want to be at your poster, and write the times/days on a note beside your poster so people know when to find you.
After the Wednesday breakfast session you will remove your poster and take it with you.
