The goal of the session is to highlight the scientific power of co-collected ocean chemistry and biology datasets to answer broad questions in oceanography. In addition to highlighting exciting results from existing coordinated sampling and analysis efforts, we would like this session to foster a productive community science discussion about specific biogeochemical questions that could be addressed in the future by a global effort to prioritize such efforts (e.g., the upcoming BioGeoSCAPES OCB workshop).
