Article/Section Level

use the ‘New Wiki’ level to create a new topic/article.
use ‘edit’ to modify this.
use ‘create new’ to create a new topic/article.

SubSections

to create a subsection, click ‘add new’ while reading the article level.
Otherwise, if a backend user, add new and select the parent under which the subsection is to fall.
