Mills is the primary operator of WHOI&#8217;s &#8220;Bike Loaner Program,&#8221; volunteering her time to ensure that everyone has access to a bicycle, lock, and helmet for their green commuting needs. She also rides her bike into work daily with almost no exceptions.
