Title of talk: \u201cWaste Not \u2013 Ecological Strategies\u00a0 for Cape Cod\u201d (SM)<\/li>\n<li>Generate check\/tax deductible donation for \u201cThe Green Center\u201d $200.00 (SM)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>#2<\/strong>\u00a0:\u00a0<strong>Paper Towels<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Sticker is completed and graphics poised to print. Total count in bathrooms = 132 paper towel dispensers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Action:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Print 132 stickers (DP with help from Graphics)<\/li>\n<li>Apply stickers to Dispensers (SM, DD- will facilities or security employee\u2019s help?)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>#3<\/strong>:\u00a0<strong>Building Rep Update:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sebastian\u2019s Docs for Building Reps: members are interested in posting these helpful docs on their door. Sebastien attached a bulletin board to his office door and pinned the documents. Docs included recycling info, print in Garamond Font, One Paper Towel Challenge \u2013 shake + fold<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Use Garamond Font (This doc is typed in Garamond\u2026it saves 20% on ink costs)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bldg Rep Follow Up Meeting \u2013 It\u2019s agreed that April 8 is too early (DD + PA have lots of reporting due April 15). We briefly discussed Whoi\u2019s Green House Gas Reporting \u2013 members would like to know more.<\/li>\n<li>Ron + Allesandro \u2013 Still need to do initial Pilot Building Walk through with Dave<\/li>\n<li>Utility Bill Baseline data with CEC Summer intern- Waiting for Megan Amsler to contact us<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Action:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Send Paul, Dave and Matt Agnese the Building Rep Documents + Walk Through Write ups (SM)<\/li>\n<li>Send Sebastien\u2019s Bldg Rep Docs to the group (SM)<\/li>\n<li>Schedule Bldg Rep Follow up meeting (SM, DD)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>#4\u00a0 Earth Day<\/strong>\u00a0STF Info Dissemination (Wednesday, April 22)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Set up table at the Buttery and offer information to Whoi employees<\/li>\n<li>Members agreed that we do not need to generate another Earth Day Poster. Last years is still very effective.\u00a0 Perhaps we update it every 2 years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Action:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Check with Steve at the Buttery to ensure that he\u2019s okay with us setting up table (SM)- Done, he is supportive<\/li>\n<li>Schedule a subcommittee meeting to discuss what information and materials we should share (SM)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>#5\u00a0 Sustainability Awareness<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It was suggested that we use a ppt slide to convey STF\u2019s mission, meeting dates, + efforts. Stephanie generated one to display before guest speaker events\u2026it\u2019s being edited.<\/li>\n<li>Would be effective to have a STF member address Sustainability at Whoi\u2019s monthly New Employee Orientation. SM spoke with Julie Fawkes and she\u2019s onboard with the idea.\u00a0 We would only need 5-10 minutes during the orientation and use the ppt slide as a source of info.<\/li>\n<li>SM is meeting with Matt Agnese to explore Procurements role for increasing Whoi\u2019s sustainability efforts. Meeting scheduled for March 24<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Action:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Send STF Slide to Julie Fawkes.
