The Portfolio Manager tool will be useful for our Facilities team to analyze trends and use as an energy efficiency diagnostic tool<strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Maggie + Kelsey wrote up a brief energy legislation update to help WHOI determine energy reduction goals to align with the State\u2019s mandated law<strong>: The 2008 Global Warming Solutions Act <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>50% reduction in emissions by 2030 and 75% reduction by 2040, with an ultimate goal of 100% reduction by 2050<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Action:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Send updated instructions for using Portfolio Manager to WHOI (MP-done)<\/li>\n<li>Share the presentation ppt with STF (MP-done)<\/li>\n<li>Send Portfolio Login + password to Dave D and Ed Fiore (done SM)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>#2 \u00a0LED installations \u2013 prioritize 2020-21 projects to capitalize on Rebates (which disappear at the end of 2021)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Note \u2013 Redfield LED project yielded a $75,000 rebate check<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Action:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ask Kelly Cota, of Wicked Watts, to send update building priority spreadsheet (SM)<\/li>\n<li>Decide which buildings to upgrade (DD)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>#3\u00a0 MassEvolves EV Program Update. <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conference call on August 13<sup>th<\/sup> with Massachusetts members \u2013 We reviewed what Electric vehicles-trucks, shuttle, transits are available and at what cost for WHOI\u2019s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>Action:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Forward meeting notes to Facilities team (SM-done)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>#4\u00a0 STF\u2019s Instagram Account- <\/strong>launching Instagram and Facebook accounts soon!<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Action:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Launch first post about LEDs on Wednesday Aug. 31 (MM+HH)<\/li>\n<li>Create list of posts ahead of time and schedule one for each week (SM, HH + MM)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>#5\u00a0 Solar Updates\u2013 strategize next installation \u2026NQF, Dorms, Carport, Quissett Warehouse <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ongoing project = Clark + Clark So roof install update \u2013 September installation (permits were approved)<\/li>\n<li>Future project = NQF rooftop and\/or carport. We have cost estimates $ and now need to partner with Whoi\u2019s Development team to discuss next steps.
