Look for and connect to the WHOI_Meeting wireless network.<\/p>\n

\nUsers that have connected to WHOI_Meeting in the past may have connection problems if they have saved the Shared Key.<\/strong><\/h3>\n
Delete an old shared key on an Apple computer<\/strong><\/h4>\n
\nSelect Wi-Fi (left pane) Advanced \u2013>
\nUnder Preferred Networks select WHOI_Meeting and click the minus ( \u2013 ) button to delete.
\nClick OK.
\nClose system preferences.
\nGo to your wireless icon\u2013> select WHOI_Meeting.
\nYou should be prompted to enter a password.
\nEnter the new Shared Key and click Join.<\/p>\nDelete shared key from Apple keychain<\/strong><\/h4>\n
\nUnder Category \u2013> select All Items and then in search bar type WHOI.
\nIf anything is found it should be deleted.
\nTry to reconnect<\/p>\nDelete shared key on a Windows computer<\/strong><\/h4>\n
\nSelect WHOI_Meeting \u2013> right click, select properties.
\nUnder the security tab where it shows \u201cNetwork Security Key\u201d, erase and replace with current shared key.
