Abstracts submissions are now closed. However, general registration will remain open until the conference.

Talk and Poster Guidelines

This year, we will be following the AGU format of invited talks based on committee review of abstracts. Please indicate in the registration if you are interested in giving a talk.

Talks should be 15 minutes long with 5 minutes given for questions. This year, we are asking oral presenters to send their talks in advance to make day-of organization more streamlined. In order to avoid display formatting problems, we recommend saving your slides as a PDF.

Posters should be 3' wide and 4' tall maximum. We will have fasteners on hand to hang your poster. If you are presenting a poster, please be ready it to set up in the Clark Lobby (2nd floor, main entrance) at 4:30pm before the afternoon talks. The boards will be numbered, please hang you poster at the number corresponding to your poster in the program (see the Schedule Page).
