Travel and Hotel Information
Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is a large airport with flight connections worldwide. The meeting will be held in the Ocean Sciences Building at the School of Oceanography, University of Washington, Seattle. Some workshop sessions will take place in Room 425 in this buiding, with hands-on demonstrations occurring in the first floor float laboratories. A map of the UW campus and the meeting venue can be found here.
There are a number of hotels near the meeting venue. A partial list is given here, with approximate walking times noted. Unfortunately there are no special UW rates for these hotels.
